Join us at the Conference Centre next to the CWI Building! The Centrum Wiskunde & Informatica (CWI) is the national research institute for mathematics and computer science in the Netherlands. How to reach CWI

CWI is located at Science Park 123, 1098 XG Amsterdam. The street name 'Science Park' has been in use since 2011. In case your navigation system would not recognize it, please use the old address 'Kruislaan 413, 1098 SJ Amsterdam' instead.

CWI can be easily reached by public transport. CWI is a five minute walk away from railway station Amsterdam Sciencepark. Conference Inclusivity

Family-friendly accomodations

We understand that attending conferences can sometimes be a family affair. That's why we strive to accommodate your needs to ensure everyone can fully participate in EKAW 2024. Families interested in attending presentations can request a family pass. This pass grants access to presentations for family members accompanying conference attendees. We're also working to negotiate inclusive hotel packages that cover family accommodations. Contact us at ekaw@cwi.nl if these options are of interest to you.

Gender Inclusivity

As part of our commitment to gender inclusivity, we're implementing measures to respect individuals' gender identities at EKAW 2024. During registration, attendees will have the option to provide their preferred pronouns, which can then be printed on their badges. Additionally, we ensure accessibility to a gender-neutral bathroom throughout the conference, providing a welcoming environment for all participants.

Silence/Prayer Room

A prayer or silence room will be available at EKAW 2024 for those in need of a quiet space for reflection or prayer. Visitors can speak to one of the organizers for assistance in locating the room.
