The week we have a colloquium presentation again, which will be given
by an invited speaker: Dr. Lennart Kats, whose PhD defence in last
December many of us have attended. Please note that the time for the
colloquium is later than usual, to make sure that all our senior

         Language Engineering in the Cloud

Cloud9 is a multi-language, Web-based IDE. It is available as an
online service and as an open source offering, and provides features
like real-time collaboration, an off-line mode, and language
technology features like inline error marking and code completion.
This talk focuses on the language technology components, discussing
their architecture and design constraints. It also discusses some of
the research the technology is based on, describes ongoing work, and
provides directions for future work.
