You are cordially invited to attend our next PEM talk tomorrow. Jeroen
van den Bos will talk about generating JVM byte code with Rascal.

Abstract:
An upcoming version of Rascal supports direct generation of JVM
bytecode (class files) to allow the development of tools and languages
that are independent of an intermediate (Java) compiler. The
implementation is a thin layer over INRIA and France Telecom's ASM
library. We discuss the current implementation, how to use it and
potential directions for enhancement to simplify its use in Rascal.
