   This  week,  Jeroen  Scheerder will tell us about his and Paul Klint's
   search for documentation tools.

   As  the  dust  is settling, the need to document libraries, components
   and  the  like  increases.  Also, as a public release of new-meta (and
   company) is getting ever more imminent, the issue of lesser technical,
   not-so-tech, and very-untechie documenentation will require attention.

   We  present  a multi-layered view on the notion of documentation as it
   applies to the further development and related tools. In that context,
   a  brief  inventory of relevant tools and techniques is made, and some
   of the arguments involved are discussed.

   We will end with a surprise, to be enjoyed by attendants only.

   The  programming environment meetings are a forum for the presentation
   and  discussion  of  new  ideas,  ongoing and finished work. A typical
   meeting  addresses  a subject in the area of programming environments,
   program  generation, algebraic specification, term rewriting, parsing,
   etc.  A presentation ideally takes between 45 and 90 minutes. Meetings
   taking  longer  than 45 minutes are interrupted by a coffeebreak. Most
   Thursdays,  a  meeting is held which starts at 10:00 am. in one of the
   rooms at CWI/WINS. Exceptionally, dates or times may change.
