https://cmt.research.microsoft.com/DaMoN2009 by May 29 5PM PST.
Camera-ready papers should not exceed ten pages in length, and should be formatted using the
camera-ready template. Please do not add page numbers.
In the copyright block on the bottom left of the first page, please keep the default ACM copyright statement unchanged:
"Permission to make digital or hard copies of all or part of this work for personal or classroom use is granted without fee provided that copies are not made or distributed for profit or commercial advantage and that copies bear this notice and the full citation on the first page. To copy otherwise, to republish, to post on servers or to redistribute to lists, requires prior specific permission and/or a fee."
However, please update the conference name and copyright number to the following:
Proceedings of the Fifth International Workshop on Data Management on New Hardware (DaMoN 2009), June 28, 2009, Providence, Rhode Island.
Copyright 2009 ACM XXXXX ...$5.00.
Authors of accepted papers should also submit a signed ACM Permission and Release Form,
so that their papers can be included in the ACM SIGMOD DiSC and in the ACM Digital Library.
In addition, accepted papers will be included in the informal proceedings to be distributed
at the workshop, as well as made available on the workshop's Web site.
The copyright form is available at http://www.acm.org/pubs/copyright_form.html
and should be submitted to the workshop organizers as soon as possible.
