From the discussion and from my email contact with the primary reviewer, it seems that there were no problems reproducing the results of paper 25.

Given that the primary reviewer has run all the experiments and considers the results reproducible I also confirm the reproducibility of the results of the paper 25: "Hierarchically Organized Skew-Tolerant Histograms for Geographic Data Objects".
