How to Register:
You can register online by filling out the Registration Form and the Payment Form. Your registration is only accepted once the payment has been received.
Payment:
Payment can be done either via back transfer, or via a credit card. The payment details and the cancellation policy are listed on the registration form. Please fill out and sign the Payment Form and send it to our secretary Susanne van Dam, either by fax (+31-20-5924199) or by e-mail (Susanne.van.Dam@cwi.nl), adding "Registration Performance 2011" plus your name, in the subject.
Your registration is only accepted once the payment has been received.
